The Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje with its almost one-century existence is the oldest high education institution in the Republic of N. Macedonia, founded in 1920. In 1946 the Faculty of Philosophy – Skopje was established as the first unit of the first Macedonian University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje”.

Applied Philosophy Research Laboratory
The Applied Philosophy Research Laboratory of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens was established in 1999 as an autonomous unit attached to the Department of Philosophy of the University of Athens. The initial purpose of the Lab’s establishment was to facilitate research in the area of applied philosophy and provide teaching support to students and faculty members in both graduate and post-graduate levels of studies.
